Absolutely, you know, I just pop 2, 30 years, biggest question. I mean, I see you. I feel I'm getting the best version of you, but how are you feeling physically?

Oh, good overall, man, I cannot complain and I turn mad on to these things called the ice

bath you know I was doing them for a while when I first started seeing them and now I

do them every other day like non-stop and I never look forward to doing them I just look forward to getting them over with.

It's been extremely beneficial to me to get in that cold water man every other day.

It's done wonders for my for my system.

Really that's awesome yeah that puts those over big time I follow both of you on

social media you always singing he's always diving and ice pass and doing all that stuff.
