0:10.6

It was awesome. Thank you.

0:11.8

Yeah, thank you. And you're, you've been a listener of the show too.

0:15.1

I have, yeah. I love the show.

0:17.2

Awesome. And you're also a author. You wrote this book perfectly flawed that you

0:21.8

genuinely brought us a copy of. Yeah. And we'll have the links in the description of this episode

0:28.1

for people to check out. Great. What is this book about? So it is 33 short chapters of,

0:34.7

it's like an interactive book. So I talk about my journey of growing up through

0:40.2

just a regular childhood through incarceration and then what the heck am I going to do when I get out

0:45.9

and why did I end up here and now what am I going to do and then at the end of every chapter I

0:52.8

1:20.3

hospital is what I say.

1:22.2

And so why do people end up there?

1:25.2

And so I think it's really important for us to realize that it's not

1:28.1

because, you know, we're terrible people. It's because of either trauma or past things that no one's

1:34.5

really thought about or women just are strong and don't cry and you do what you have to do. But then

1:40.4

it takes time to unravel a little bit of that to be like, wow, I see this situation, you know, started me on the path of going down this road.

1:49.8

And then you kind of see the way the road winds.

1:53.8

And then you're like, oh, wow, there's a few times.

1:55.5

I'm like, well, you know, a wonder I ended up here.

1:59.7

Yeah.
