you about it. But we're talking about today on the Thrive Time Show is the importance of buying

life insurance. And I'm going to tee this up for you. It's going to start off as kind of a harsh

sounding show. Then we'll get into the details. But I want to make sure you get this. Most people

that I have surveyed have yet to select the ideal date for their death. Most people. I mean, I guess

I haven't I don't want to say all because I haven't met. There's maybe somebody I'll meet in the

future that could say they've got it figured out well on Tuesday. I'm 87. I want to whack myself.

So people don't like to buy life insurance. People don't buy life insurance because

they typically think, you know, I'm, you know, I'm good. I'm not dead. I'm not dead. So far,

I haven't died. But here's the problem. Chip, if you're a dad, yeah, I am. You are the source of

income for the family. It's true. As well as the father figure. So you're providing emotional

needs as well as financial needs. Very much true. And if you are to pass, I want to give you

the equation. I want to put this on the show notes there, Chip. And I want to get West Carter's

take them this legally. You want to take the income that you make right now. All right, the income

you make right now. And take the age of your youngest child. So the age of your youngest child

is three. Take your current income times the number of years. It will take them to finish high

school. So let's just say for a make it easy, you made a hundred thousand a year combined
