head of the 2024 election, a brewing battle on the corporate tax rate that could

be pivotal for American businesses as the two candidates pitch very different visions for the future.

You know, you gotta compete against Europe and, you gotta compete against other parts of the world

where they have no labor laws.

So yeah, no, I think it's critical that we stay competitive and I think by not taxing corporations to

death is obviously way more pro business way more pro capitalism. In Washington a

battle is brewing over the US corporate tax rate.

President Biden has a plan to raise the current 21% corporate tax rate to 28%,

while former President Trump has teased lowering it even further to 20%. Both plans are certain to change how businesses

operate in the US. Meanwhile the inflation rate seems to be cooling this

summer though Americans aren't feeling the impact yet.
