Hey this is Allison J Prince. Welcome to today's podcast episode where I'm bringing in Shelly Coates.

Now for those of you that don't know, Shelly Coates Missy Smith and I, 10 and a half years ago started something called a blog. We had no

clue what we were doing. We barely even knew how to log into Facebook and we

decided to invest in a to call the blog. We knew nothing.

And over the past 10 and a half years,

the three of us have learned so incredibly much

about each other, about relationships, about business.

And in the beginning, we didn't make a lot of money.

Blogging takes time, ever, energy, and a lot of negative making money hours for you to be able to see the success.

And so I wanted to bring Shelley on to talk about how we've been able to get along as business partner.

Shelly has a superhero power of being able to make relationships work.

And so if you have a business partner,

maybe it's your husband, maybe it's your best friend.

And you want to figure out how to make it a long lasting relationship.

So in the business of how does she we each have a section of the business and Shelly works with

influencers the most. I work with the growth and then Missy works with the strategy

of getting all the content pushed out on a consistent basis.
