after meeting many of you at the workshops over the past several years

and then having spoken all around the world for Hewlett Packard and Maytag and OxyFresh and UPS

and big companies, most people just do not know how to manage people.

And I think it's because it's rarely taught properly.

Also, it's almost never seen.
