Neil, I guess, what did you learn from 2020? What are the big things?

The biggest thing that I learned is you need a double down when things are working. So what I mean by that is, you know, when you look at the venture-backed businesses, if they want to grow sales, they don't hire one person for sales. They hire two people. So we have a lot of different divisions in our company from

partnerships to franchises to agencies to outbound and some of them we didn't hire enough for and some of them we had the approach of not hiring at all and delaying it when we shouldn't have and the company was earning profit.

So we should have hired faster.
