And today we're talking about time management 101, freeing up time to work on what matters.

We have so many clients, Eric Chup Business Coach, so many clients we've worked with, and

they struggle, many of them struggle until they don't, right?

Once we can kind of show them how to do it, they're home free.

They struggle with freeing up time to work on what matters.

So I'm going to read off the rules, and I'd like to get you, let's get your take on it,

Dr. Zellner's take on it, and Ryan with tip top canines take on it, because as he's growing

tip top canine, he's gone from a startup a decade ago to having multiple locations, and

again, you're always trying to optimize your time.

You want to observe Pareto's principle.

You want to spend 80% of your time focused on the 20% of the things that are going to move

the needle the most.
