Summary
Doug Lawrence was born and raised in Canada and learned a great deal about life growing up there. In fact, his grandfather donated the land that the local town was built on. After graduating he joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he had a distinguished 25 year career. He then went on to work as a management consultant and he developed his mentoring program to help strengthen the companies he was working with. He wrote a book: You Are Not Alone about the importance of mentoring in one’s life and work.
