I've come to the headquarters of gifting retailer biscuiters in London, who specialise in

who specialise in creating hand-ice biscuits.

I'm meeting what some might call the queen of biscuits, one of the

driving forces behind it. The giant room we're standing in houses a production line where workers

meticulously decorate biscuits in different stages. We are in the grand icing hall in the Ministry of

Biscuits and what we're looking at here is what our birthday treats collection. It's basically like

the most delicious birthday tea. They've got over there some cupcakes that are part of the

collection as well and there'll be some birthday cakes. Lots of sprinkles. Lots of sprinkles. Yeah,

globe. Today I've come to talk to Harriet Hastings, who co-founded Bisciteers in 2007. Over the past

15 years, Harriet has grown the brand exponentially,

distributing millions of biscuits around the world each year. The 150 plus team are headquartered in

Wimbledon, with products stuck in the likes of Selfridges, Hamleys and Harrods. Having expanded

their offering to other luxury gifting products, the brand raked in more than 10 million pounds in turnover last year.

And it hasn't been a slow burner either.
