I've come to the central offices of Bupa in London.

It's a global private healthcare empire, which offers insurance to 24

million customers, as well as running its own hospitals and clinics. It has 82,000 employees

and had a turnover of 14 billion pounds last year, which is the equivalent of nearly 18 billion

dollars. I've come here to meet the Spanish man who serves as the company's overall

group CEO. We are living this crazy world now. In one side, there is this need to modernize

healthcare and digitalized healthcare, all of these fancy things happening. On the other side,

we see that our waiting list that are growing and growing.
