Today we're meeting Tina McKenzie, the founder and CEO of Staffline Recruitment,

one of Ireland's largest employment agencies.

We hear how growing up in the height of Northern Ireland's most politically difficult time shaped

her life.

It really was trauma.

And now if you look at it, there's still this hangover of that trauma because the society

doesn't get over that quickly.

And there's generational trauma.

So what sprung out of it was entrepreneurial spirit. From starting out at her

dad's taxi firm at the age of 14, we'll hear how she built her company from the ground up and what

prompted her foray into politics. I looked around the place and I thought, no way are we still

segregated housing. This is wrong.

So I was asked by a couple of politicians to start a new party.

We'll also hear how she balances her family life with her thriving business career

and what her dream vision of transforming Northern Ireland would look like.
