And it's funny, I just had an email from a listener who I sent a video message to him and he said you're really looking good you're

really looking healthy and that is one of those things that I feel like I'm

really healthier than I have been forever to be honest, but I couldn't

have got it straight away. I've had to just do one thing after another and then build it up,

build it up until you see the rewards.
