And this is, well, this is the Saturday show turned into a podcast.

But it's a wee bit different than what it usually is.

And that's because, well, we usually get our show on Como Radio recorded.

But since they were subject to ransomware attack there, they've lost their recorder and it's still not fixed. So I've been recording it in my studio and I forgot to start it. I forgot

to hit the record button at the beginning of the show. So I'm going to have to recap what we

talked about during that first five minutes or or so of the program the theme of

the show was the death of the bond bull market that we have experienced for about 40 years

over the course of 40 years pretty much much nonstop, interest rates have fallen, and bond prices have

risen dramatically, which has given bonds a very impressive total return. But that's not why you

buy bonds. So we had that, but we cannot continue to expect that.
