on the people who have hurt us. If we aren't careful, we can get stuck in our pain,

that comes through forgiveness.

Today, Joyce wants to show us how, with God's help,

we can choose a lifestyle of forgiveness

and trust him to work out our hurt for his good.

This is a very important subject, and I've chosen to teach this weekend a series that I have not done since 1999 called burnt but not bitter.

And everybody in the building either needs it right now or you will within probably a week and that's not a bad negative report i mean there's just too many of us out there

and we all feel different about different things and we can all get

really selfish and end up hurting people and not even know we're doing it and I can tell you what

if you don't get good at forgiving I mean really good at it and develop an ability to do it

quickly you are in for a miserable ride.

I've got some quotes up here,

and one of them says that a happy marriage

is the result of two good forgivers.

And that's true, isn't it?
