the thing. If y'all have been subscribed to the podcast for a minute now, then I feel like

my guest, Tara,

is literally, like, has been on my podcast more than anyone. I genuinely think that. I think

this is probably like the fourth or fifth time that she's been on here. I'm so honored.

But it's because, one, girl, you are incredible. Like, you're amazing. And I love having you on

every single time. Um, um but two we are here to

celebrate your book launch for your new book that literally comes out today today it's called

overbooked and overwhelmed how to keep up with god when you're just trying to keep up with life

and i when i read the title i was like I relate to that I relate to that so much

and I'm sure a million people do and I know you do because you wrote the book but for the

people who don't know who you are can you just like give them a brief introduction as to who you are

what you do what you're passionate about and about this book absolutely you. You guys, yes, look here. I have it too.

I am so excited to be back. It's like one of my favorite podcasts to be on. And it's like,

it's fun to hang out and reconnect with you. And then also just your, your listeners are incredible.

And I'm just grateful. My name is Tara. I live in Oregon with my high school

sweetheart slash husband. We've been married for like four and a half years. I've been together
