Good morning, good evening and good night, everybody. Welcome to the Bad Decisions podcast. I am your host, Katie Duke. Broad broadcasting live from my couch.

I will say that it's one nice thing having an at-home podcast mic set up is that I do not

have to put on pants.

And normally, if I was going to Nashville and recording at our studio, obviously I'd have

to put on pants and a bra.

But on that note, I am kind of been going back and forth about what the fuck I want to talk about this week.

And I really still want to talk a little bit more about burnout.

Can we just like insert some really terrible dreaded sound?

There, that would be perfect.

Over my last like five years, I had one job that I really, really loved, you know,

it was my NP job and then I had to fucking move to D.C., which lasted for, you know,

six months.

And then when I came back here to New York, you know,

like I was just wishing I could get my old job back and it wasn't a situation where I could.

There's hiring freeze and then there's, you know, there's no positions and blah, blah, blah.
