I woke up with a, not a sore throat today, but you know when you wake up and I wasn't sure I'd had enough sleep or I hadn't had enough sleep. Either way, because I managed to get loads of stuff

done. Yesterday had breakfast from my friend Michael, who looks after a load of radio stations, and we've not basically seen each other

since before lockdown.

And we've just seen each other all the time.

But anyway, so he's now based down in Kent, and so I had a chat to him.

Then I went to see my friend Toby Anstice and Kevin Hughes, who was sort of on the floor

just under the... It's nice. You have to do it every sort of, you have to catch up with people

because they're all lovely. And we're very lucky in this building. Seriously, we've got so many

talented presenters, he says. And so I did that. But before I'd done that, I spoke to the insurance company and because I didn't

know what the insurance policy number was and they were really helpful all you had to do I had to give

them my data birth and um what else did I give them oh the um uh what else was it I gave them

data birth oh and my my post, and they managed to find it.

And I said, when does the insurance run out? Because I'm picking up the new car on Saturday.
