yeah absolutely I keep a rying list on a streaming channel of my choice and

just to remind myself and I have to tell you I had 20 or 30 songs and contention I

winnowed them down to you know the ones we're gonna plant today but it's just

amazing it's just like you know opening a water faucet and it's great music so much

wonderful music we listen to it all so you don't have to you can choose the best as we

curate it well I want to open up with one of the tracks that really grabbed my

ears in the last few weeks it's from a band called tombstones in their eyes

their sixth album C of sorrow rotating lineup it's a seven piece currently the

the one constant has been John trainer the guitarist bassist vocalist keyboardist

songwriter he's the core member it's really really his story that's being told

in these records although definitely a band effort here he has been very open

trainer has about his struggles with depression and drug abuse and you can see it in the

song titles on this new album trapped the bitter ones numb dead inside you know he's

talking about dealing with some heavy stuff and at the same time the music is incredibly
