It's been way too long, guys. It took a snowstorm that blanketed half the country to get back on the show. I'm snowed in tonight, and I was looking forward all day. and just all kinds of legal questions because these things kept coming up as we were going over it and it just was mind blowing to us.

But as you shared with us off the air, it's a very familiar case that's taught in law schools.

And I don't know, curious to get the take of a person that's involved in it.

And then a little later we're going to talk about a new book you've got coming out

with some cases that we have discussed with you in the past.
