0:49.1	That's what I want out of my Federal Reserve, historically.

0:53.2	There hasn't been a surprise for a long time.
0:56.0	The actual communication signals from the Fed have led to no surprises on the day of,
1:03.8	at least regarding the headline, is it 25, is it 50, 75, is zero, all that.
1:10.3	It's the words afterwards that are the color that people react to.
