It's Thursday which can only mean one thing, it's time for another Content Corner talking all about the E-Commerce side of EU Expansion - with today's specific focus on product bundling.
Andy goes over how to do it, the benefits it can give you and why a third party warehouse is a lot easier for compared to Amazon FBA.
Is this tactic something you have tried to boost sales on lower-performing ASIN or win the buybox and beat out competitors?
Let us know, and get in touch with anything you want to be covered in a future Content Corner.

0:00.0 | Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another content corner. It's Thursday here, which means we're talking about the e-commerce side of the expanding to Europe and what differences there are around the marketplaces. |
0:13.0 | But today what we're going to be talking about specifically is how are why to bundle products together? Because it's a question that comes up quite often. And it's something |
0:22.2 | that as European sellers, we can do really easy to help us get some traction in the marketplace. |
0:27.6 | Now, the first thing is, what is bundling products? Well, bundling products together is not having |
0:33.9 | 10 of these altogether. That's a multi-pack, all right? And that's very different to |
0:39.1 | bundling products together. Now, bundling products is, I'm probably going to get water over myself |
0:45.5 | here. So this is one product, this is another product, and we put them together, and that's a bundle. |
0:50.7 | All right? So that's what we can do to help increase sales. Now we might do that for a number of |
0:56.6 | reasons. I've probably completely sport the audio by doing that. But there we go. So I just want to |
1:02.4 | make it really clear that there are the differences between the two. And we can do this for a number |
1:06.4 | of reasons to really help accelerate ourselves. And really there's two key reasons. One, to win the buy box. |
1:14.1 | If you're not getting the buy box with your standard assing, what you might want to do is bring |
1:18.4 | them two together to create a bundle to help you to get that assing, to create a new asset, |
1:24.6 | I should say, to then create to win the buy box, which is going to help. |
1:28.7 | So that's one reason. The second reason might be if you've got some slower moving products |
1:33.4 | by putting both items together. Clearly the water bottle is going to sell a lot more than what the lid are |
1:38.6 | in most cases. So therefore, if you've got a huge amount of leads that are left over that are coming |
1:45.1 | up to long storage fees, what you might do is bundle them together just to sell through them, |
1:51.4 | or if you've got a slow moving product that's not selling as well as you might think. |
1:55.3 | What that helped do is that will help to rank the products as well. Now, there's a few reasons why to do it. |
2:02.8 | Now, it will help increase sales, but it's not going to increase the sales of the individual |
2:06.9 | items. It's going to increase the sales of the bundle item. But what it will also do is help |
