and I hope to add some clarity to by the end of today.

In Part 1, Anastasia Bowdoin joins to discuss United States versus Rahimi, which affirmed

existing law that disarming someone on account of their restraining order does not violate

the Second Amendment.

Then in part two, we hear from Jacob Salem of Reason

about Garland versus Car Gill, in which the court struck down

and alcohol, tobacco, and firearms ruling

which banned bump stocks.
