These questions can be answered by looking at a fascinating new poll, a survey by

Quinnipiac University. And the question that was asked of Americans, not just Democrats,

everybody, was how would you react if, in a sense, America was in the position of Ukraine?

In other words, we're not talking about American adventures abroad. The poll is not asking about

should the United States get involved over there anywhere. Rather, it's asking that if some

foreign power invaded the actual territory of the United States, what would you do?

Would you defend America? Or would you stay in fight? In other words, or would you leave the
