Summary

It's time to embark on another habit, this time a regular practice that'll help keep us mobile and prevent creaky hips and tight bottoms.

The videos I found on Youtube were:

Tom Merrick | Quick Hip Mobility Routine

NourishMoveLove | 7-Minute Hip Mobility Workout

Polly Vernon | A step-by-step guide to how I got my 'bikini body'.

But I am realizing that in focusing so much on the strength, have possibly neglected my body in other ways or

1:45.8

I haven't done the things that should go hand in hand with that strength training

1:50.8
