Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard.

Hope things are well with you wherever you are today.

Hope the work week is not too taxing. It was a busy week for me last week. We had football practice. We had media availability. We had a rock show to plan.

Give you a little bit of an update on that. We're down to like the final couple of things

A couple of them are pretty big, but you know the lion's share of the work has been done. So this week shouldn't be as taxing as last week. Let me just say I slept real well last week

Really well. Packed a lot in there

every day. A couple more things to do and then we'll be done. We'll just be waiting on the show

for those of you that are unfamiliar. We've got a show we're calling it Rock Vegas. Going to take

place September 30th at Hobie's on Maine. That's the old state palace theater.

We're going to pack that place out.

We're going to raise some money for Mississippi State's NIL efforts.

Pretty excited about that.

I spent Saturday evening with the band Twist out of the central Mississippi area.

Ryan and Lewis from four- Stop met me at the show.

And we had a good chance to hang out with those guys and meet them, spend some time.

I was very impressed with the band.

They've only played a handful of shows.

Chance to see them rehearsed earlier in the day, kind of interact with them.

They're young guys.

Got a lot of talent.

Joey, that guitar player, is, I think, going to be a star.

Really like the band.
