Today, very different story unfolding in Texas and one of devastation and loss.

Randy, thank you so much for coming on the Grace Curley Show.

Thank you for having me, Grace. Good afternoon.

And you've been covering these devastating floods and you've been on the

ground there and, you know, getting information out to people about what's happening. It's not over

yet. The Texas governor, Greg Abbott, has warned that region to brace for more life-threatening

storms. Give us an update on what you know so far, and then we'll get into

some more of the details about this horrifying devastation we've been seeing.

Well, the weather, we know we're under a flood watch tonight through 7 p.m. These storms can

build up at this time of year, and so they don't expect anything of the magnitude of this.

However, you know, what they do expect is so they don't expect anything of the magnitude of this. However,

you know, what they do expect is complicated by the fact that all of that terrain is just completely saturated where it has been affected by those floods. So that's what kind of, you know,

creates the additional dangers. And this is a camping community. My, my husband's family, a lot of the women in his family,
