Hello, hello and welcome into ILD speaking part three.

0:10.7

We're talking about buildings.

0:12.7

Ooh, what an interesting topic, dear listener.

0:15.6

How are you doing buildings architecture?

0:18.6

Exciting.

0:19.9

Rory, is it exciting for you? I think so. I had fun time talking about

0:24.2

the Eiffel Tower.

0:31.4

What types of buildings are popular in your country? I suppose it depends on what the purpose is.

0:38.3

Lots of people live in apartment blocks and tenements and they work in similar high-rise buildings,

0:44.3

1:28.5

might say that gives the building's character. Why do people like to visit historical

1:33.8

buildings and sites? I think the most obvious answer is the history behind them sort of draws people

1:40.0

in. People often talk about a different atmosphere in places like that or a connection to them,

1:46.0

and they might be right, assuming they're not total tourist traps that are completely devoid of any of the

1:51.7

value they might have once had. Is it more important for a building to look good on the outside or on the

1:59.1

inside? Again, surely that depends on what it's for.
