| 1:21.1 | finding great talent? I mean, great talent is important to even understand the definition of |
| 1:27.8 | because great means it makes sense for your culture. So seeing the spaces that your company |
| 1:32.6 | would naturally be a part of can be the places that you find people. So if you are a business that |
| 1:39.1 | has a presence online in certain Facebook groups and certain job boards, that can be a starting point |
| 1:44.7 | or any business owner recruiter ahead of talent to get a move on. And then just having networks, |
| 1:50.4 | LinkedIn is a great space to create conversations with people who can be their own head of talent, |
| 1:57.0 | recruiters that are there externally. There are just a myriad of ways to get that going. |
| 2:01.3 | And then once you establish that relationship, it just continues on in itself with that relationship. |
