Do you have a Positive Mindset?

Someone with a positive mindset is not just a happy go lucky person. It is someone with a mindset that is an asset in any situation.

No matter what is going on, this person will see the positive and be able to spread it.

If we find ourselves in a reactionary state, that leads to us being in survival mode.

Survival mode is when we are just reacting to our surroundings, in this state our spiritual vibration will align with the frequencies we are surrounded by.

This is a neutral mindset, and if you have a neutral mindset and your surroundings will dictate how you feel. If they are negative then, so are you.

That is why it is so imperative that we take control of our energy and mindset.

Once you realize that you, the real you, are in control of your thoughts. You can start taking the steps to build a Positive Mindset.

How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to raise our

But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a quick trip to Intention Beach.

This is a time where you can really focus on yourself, on your higher self, on just your inner being,

and slow down and cancel

out all the noise. So as you listen in, you can start to hear the waves crashing in and start

relaxing and slow your breathing down. Now intention beach is a high vibrational beach. When you're on

this beach, anything is possible. Eat all the air you breathe, all the words you think. Everything

that is coming your way is positive and is going to lift you up. Now the intention for today is

going to be I can. I can do anything that I want. So you can add anything you'd like to that,

but I really want you to start thinking about the words I can. Universe and God is aligned in this moment in this day to give you the power to make sure you can achieve whatever it is that you want. Now we're going to take a big healing breath. And as we breathe in, we're going to breathe in the air that's coming over the waves. This is a high frequency, high vibrational air.

When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen up all the negativity,

anything that no longer resonates with you,

and it's all going to be filled with the positive words of I can.

And when you breathe out, you're going to be left feeling at ease
