I'm sorry that this is the end, but it's actually not.

because in fact, I'm really not going anywhere for too long at all.

I'm leaving you with a treat.

Next week, there won't be a podcast episode,

but starting in January 1st. I'll be releasing a new series of

episodes called The Inner Temple Talks. It will be a series of four episodes that would be a

mix of affirmations and meditations which will help you build and fortify your inner sanctuary.

The reason I wanted to start this is because over the past year with all the traveling I've done,

I've realized how important it is to bring our sanctuaries with us wherever we go.

I'm very adaptable in environments, which is great.

But also when I start existing out of my safe space for too long I start to feel a lack of

direction a lack of connection with the universe and honestly just withdrawn.

So it's really important to continue to build up our inner temples. That way when we head out into the real world we don't

abandon ourselves morals or our goals. 2024 is the year of you feeling at home in yourself, meaning that you can be around anyone or in any environment and still feel connected to your purpose.

I mean think about it like this. We paint the walls of our houses, we decorate the rooms with furniture and make them aesthetically

pleasing, but when's the last time you thought about your internal world with the same passion?

The external world is important, but the internal world is what shapes it.
