0:38.7	And so what do I want to spend time with all of you today talking about?
0:42.8	I want to show you and I want to teach you why the summer is so important in your business.
0:50.8	I want to talk about how to separate yourself from the rest, how to utilize the summer
0:55.6	to end this year, really huge. And I want to start with a story that I have definitely shared
1:02.5	before. And it isn't necessarily about the summer, but it is about how and why to put the work in and to push yourself because there's always going
1:13.6	to be people who take their eye off the ball. So I went to a company conference, my company
1:19.5	conference three months after starting my business. So I started my business May 30th.
1:24.1	I went to this conference in September. Now I walked in feeling so inspired, so proud,
1:31.7	so on fire, like I had led my team to a level that really was an average or typical in that
1:39.0	time frame. And looking back on it now, my ego was a little bit on overdrive. Okay. I was very young in my
1:45.7	leadership and I walked in thinking that I was like all that in a bag of chips. Like I have led my
1:51.3	team to this level. And when I went to that conference, that was the first time that in person,
1:57.1	I saw top earners. Like there was no social media. You weren't seeing people on
2:01.1	Instagram. I had no idea who these people were. So I saw these people like cross the stage as top
2:07.1	income earners. And I watched them walk for like these amazing big awards. And I was in the stands.
2:13.8	And at first I was like a little bit deflated because here I am like thinking like I did all this.
2:18.5	And I'm like, oh my gosh, like I'm such a small fish in a big pond.
