I didn't know that life could be beautiful and amazing and happy because I had never experienced it.

And so I thought that life equaled pain and misery and depression and anxiety and fear and all these limiting beliefs that now I know, now I have such awareness of my energy that I immediately can tell when something is in alignment with the integrity of who I am.

And I can immediately shift or very quickly shift and realize, okay, this thing, this person, this job, this career, this client, this food, this day, like habit is making me feel contracted and it's

bringing my energy down. And I know that my outcomes can only be as great as the energetic state

in which I initiate the action. And so if I'm in a poor negative, contractive, energetic state, I'm never going to get

the results that I want. And so I immediately shift focus into the things that put me in a better

energetic state and make me feel expansive and in integrity with who I am.
