anything you are doing more than once create a system around it, create a workflow,

not only will it save you time, but eventually when you are in a place to accept help,

you have something to hand over to someone to make them more successful and to give you

more confidence in the help you're receiving. So, systemize anything, whether it's a workflow,

whether it's a life flow, whether it's your life admin, however you can simplify or systemize

something, it is going to give you more efficiency. And there's this one quote that I love where

it was like this guy and a monk got on a subway and saved themselves 10 minutes of time.

And they come up from under the ground and they go sit in the bench and the guy's like,

what are we doing? And the monk was like, I'm going to enjoy the 10 minutes we just saved ourselves.

And so, when we look at efficiency, a lot of times we're prone to work harder so that we can work

harder. But if we go back to the heart of our conversation of how we built ladders that we

ourselves didn't want to climb or recreate situations where we're working all the time,

for focusing on saving ourselves time, then we should also be putting just as much mindfulness

around how we're spending our time. And all the time that I want to save, I want to spend it

in the right way and not just on more work.
