Houses in the US are getting bigger and bigger.

New construction, sprawling developments. People dream of man caves and

she sheds, enormous kitchens that open up to even bigger living rooms. But even though our houses

are growing in size, we have fewer people living in them. So how is it that the amount of energy

we're using in our homes
