Starting Dynasty season, checking in on some FFPC contests. That's what we'll be talking about today.

Sean, it's kind of a choppy title. We want to talk a little bit more about the playoffs. We want to talk a little bit more about the beginning of dynasty season and some of the things that we're planning to do with our team and some of the things that people who listen to the show who are in their own dynasty league should be thinking of doing here in January and into February.

But yeah, we have planning to talk about certainly still.

Ben has just woken up, but he is fired up for this show.

I can assure you we're going to go over some of the structures you can use for the FFPC

playoff contest, too, a similar format to the original contest, which obviously was an absolute

blast.

But this week, only eight teams

remaining, only eight player positions that you have to fill, and maybe a greater chance of duplications.

So you're going to have to be creative in terms of building those lines to make sure you get the

leverage you need and build a lineup to where if you do win, you're not sharing it with 10 to 20 other people.

Then we're also going to be discussing, we closed last week's show.

I thought it was a lot of fun, talking some dynasty, talking a little bit Darren Waller

and what his trade value was because there had been a trade in our league with Waller.

And then right as we were closing the show, we actually got an offer

that included Waller from the team who had just acquired him. So we'll be looking at that a little

bit. Starting to break down our offseason plan for this dynasty team and also then applying

that to dynasty in general, kind of how we want our teams to look, how we want the offseason to progress, what we're excited about, you know, what strategies, what tactics we will use and, you know, trying to look at it from the perspective of a specific team, but also then how do you generalize that? What big picture things are we trying to do? So these two elements are a lot of fun. I'm excited for the playoffs. I'm excited to start making dynasty trades. And we'll see where we go here. Yeah, absolutely. And you are right. I did just wake up him a little bit on island time already. It is nice to be into the off season. Yeah, the second chance FFPC playoff contest is very fun. It's a little bit of a different

structure in the first one. You had 12 roster spots, and there's 14 teams. You pick one

one player from each team, and then you also have two teams that you completely fade. You have a
