It is a movie about sports betting,

and it might be the single worst Matthew McConaughey movie ever produced.

It is a mid to late 2000s classic in heavy quotations called two for the money and Matthew

McConaughey is one of these scumbag touts he gets gets hired by Al Pacino, and he starts making picks,

and it's the old school 1990s.
