Doug Miller natural professional bodybuilder and how are you man? How's it going? I'm good. Yeah. I wanted to have you on because I have all the IFPB pros on. I've had one professional natural bodybuilder Bob Waterhouse and he's actually an IFPB pro now as well.

So I wanted to have you on because you're one of the most notable natural bodybuilders out there.

And I've seen your physique and it's absolutely incredible.

And I want to, before we get started,

I just want to show people your physique

so they know what we're talking about

before we go on. So I going to kind of give people a

peek at your Instagram sorry that's not your Instagram this is your Instagram so this is you which is

instead so this is you at what how long ago is this?

2014 that was the last time I competed so six years ago. Okay so for those of you want to follow, it's Doug Miller Pro on Instagram and I

scrolled down I saw this.

So this is 2014.

Was this the last time you competed?

Yeah, yeah, the last season I competed I did one more show after this that was at the

Jordan Cup world championship after that I did do an NPC show the Jay Cutler in Baltimore. But yeah, second, so it was the second of the last show.

I've never seen, I mean I don't follow a lot of natural body building so maybe I'm not a good reference but I've never seen a natural

pro that looks like that is that pretty normal for you guys or are you kind of a stand-out

amongst natural bodybuilders?

That's a difficult question to ask.
