You need to figure out what your comfort zone is on communicating.

There's only three. There's audio, video, and random word.

And this is going to be the answer for so many of us in here.

The question is, which format works for you you and then what you need to do is realize

the following. Everything is about perspective shift, a slight perspective shift. You

have to give away all your best advice on social media at scale.

My heart and my head is all about health care and how can we make health care and vitality

really cool so that we can move people to do something about their health before

they feel sick. So that's what I'm about and that's what I would love to ask more of you.

I mean and what is, do you have a business in that, within that realm?

I run, I used to run a biotech company for four years, build and sold.

And then because I'm not a doctor, a lot of people were coming to me saying,

Kaz, can you explain whatever my doctor is saying in a simplistic way?

And that kind of became a theme.

So a few months back I decided to be a little bit more open about it and

talk a little bit more about social media so I own social media about health and what's important. But currently the social media component,

one is very new, there's no business behind it per se.
