the greatest stadium ever built.

And we've been doing this for over 24 years.

So I started when Lacey Book was born and Sean and I became friends 24 years ago doing these

trainings every single week to help build a community, a community of people that want to help each other and know people that can help each other.

I am blessed to be with Dr. Lacey Book and Dr. Sean Dill, two of my favorite friends,

favorite business partners,

associates, and they are definitely leaders

in this neighborhood, this community.

Heck yeah, I'm super excited. Well, I'm really excited because we get to do so much together personally, professionally.

There's so much coming up.

You guys have a huge event in July.

We're doing Michael Chandler's fight together. We're going to be in New York on Monday together in

Atlanta. Well, not Atlanta, we're going to be in Miami as well. But for me, my mission to empower people to be happy and it's to empower others to empower others.

So I think that's where we first became really close as I saw both of you as people that were going to change the world and make my job easy as Sad-Guru told me

I was going to help him make his job because he wants to empower the whole world to be happy but it doesn't happen

without community and I think so many people see as our brands are growing and the amount of content and amount of events in person on the

phone, email, social media, all you see is Dr Lacy Book and Dr. Sean Dill, our primary interest is community.

So I want to start off with how can we help people build their community?
