Hello my friends. You probably noticed that the beginning of the show sounds a

little different. Well that's because the show is a little different today. I'm

going to make a slight change to the podcast just to mix things up. I've been

interviewing people for almost seven years now. It's a long time. Over 350

hours of interviews. And what's become clear to me is what people like the most

about the show is hearing actual information that's direct and easy to

understand and things that are meaningful that they can take with them into

their life. And so I'm going to start dropping a few smaller episodes a week.

Where I just talk about a single topic and hopefully that'll provide a lot of

value for you and basically just to still all of the information that you're

looking for in an hour long episode down into 10 or 20 minutes. Of course I'll

still have interviews but when I do I'm gonna make sure that they are really

deep and meaningful and purposeful and bringing you a lot of value. Of course

I appreciate and I'm so grateful for you all being with me and allowing me to be

with you on this journey on your journey throughout so much time. And I know a

lot of you have listened from the very beginning which really really blows me
