Joining us from Austin, Texas, which is at NBA City this week, because the San

Antonio Spurs played two games in Austin, which I think they're going to be doing going forward on a regular basis, is our Spurs reporter Andrew Lopez.

What's up Andrew?

It is, you don't have to say evening, you can go ahead and say night. We are definitely recording this on a Sunday night. Yeah. So the so the game that the Spurs played on Sunday was against the nest. The game went overtime with Spurs prevailed and so this is a like a two-year-old

arena in Austin where you on the on the campus of UT Austin right yeah

and it's a this is a I think they set like the indoor or the attendance record there than I did like 16,000 in here. It is a very, very nice arena. I will not say that it is better than certain NBA arenas that I have been in in my past but I will say that it is a very very nice arena.

Well, the Spurs just built a hundred million dollar practice facility in in San Antonio. They are trying to get a new arena. There's

some things being bandied around. I'm starting to get really old Andrew. I've got gray hairs

coming in, but I remember when the arena they play in now was brand new.

And it's kind of weird that arenas that I watched open are like trying to get close because I'm like I'm not that old but I guess I've

been around a while but I don't know the spurs are going anywhere but it's interesting

you know they have

Investment in their ownership group from Austin now and so now they've got some Austin games every year and they got a nuggets game the champs came to Austin a couple days ago and look this is really one vignama had another terrific game on study what was his final numbers against

the nest? 33 points 15 rebound, 7 blocks, only the fourth player to hit those marks in a, or hit

30, 15, 7 in a game.

It feels like, you know, really since his February February has started there's more games than not

where it's hasn't done this since so and so or only Kareem and somebody else did this and

tonight was just another example of that he is playing ridiculous basketball.
