I had a question for you.

Have you noticed that there's always an upsurge of spiritual warfare in October?

Why do you suppose that is?

You think it's because Halloween falls in this month, that we tend to normalize evil and

darkness and even consider it, you know, entertainment in light of that holiday? Could there be

another reason? And what about spiritual warfare? Is it real? Is it not? How do we embrace a biblical view of the devil, of warfare, of what the weapons of our

warfare mean? You know, the armor of God, we read about Ephesian sex. C.S. Lewis wrote this.

There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devil. One is to disbelieve

in the enemy's existence. The other is to believe and to feel an excessive and unhealthy

interest in them. Dr. Sam Storms joins me today. I love it whenever we get to talk. In fact,

whenever anybody asks me for advice on spiritual warfare, I point them to Dr. Sam Storms.

I feel like he is just such a, he's a theological scholar and a biblical rock solid resource for

spiritual warfare. In fact, he's got this big, giant thick handbook that we get to give away today.
