And then I wanted to talk about something that I experienced firsthand after going away, doing a fat loss phase and then taking a trip to

And it brought about this concept that something I used to really struggle with when it came to

social events and vacations and date nights and you know anything that was quote-unquote off plan and I thought of this analogy that I think is really helpful and you know the bottom line is I guess the way to frame it is what are the

things that you can do so that you have the flexibility and the ability to be social, live your life, and not be impacted physically

with your physical results or your body composition progress or anything like that, which is something that a lot of people

struggle with. It's something that I struggled with for a very long time. I always

thought I had to make a choice. And it seemed very clear to me like, okay, based off of experience in all of these diets that I've tried and also the lifestyle that I'm living, I either have to be fit and give up all of the fun in my life, or I can be fat and have a lot of fun in my life.

And those were legitimately the two options that I thought I had,

and obviously that is not the case.

When you understand certain things,

then it allows you to have the body that you want

and also live the life that you want and those things can exist now that's not to say that
