it's about learning, learning what your audience want, what they need, you know, what they're saying,

listening to them. So putting out regular surveys to find out, you know, what do you love about this?

What would you improve? What challenges are you facing? What can we help you with?

And just asking questions on a regular basis so that you can let them lead the way?

And also not being afraid to try new things and then also remove things so in the

past we've had features that we've tested out that we don't have anymore.
