Clay, what are we talking about today on Thrive Time?

What we're talking about is we're talking about that weird phase that we all get into

when we have a business.

I call it the adult with the gray hair. But what happens is you're starting to sell some stuff 20 years ago. You're making some good money now. And your goals used to be, I want to change the industry. I want to change lives. I want to change the way people make cookies. I want to change the way people make cookies I want to change the way people do plumbing and now you have some gray hair

Motivation waning a little bit and you're going my new goal is just to break even if I could just break even this year, if I could lose a

little less than I lost last year and you start to become more quote-unquote

realistic and so we're going to teach you how to avoid that trap. Well the important thing

too is clays to remember that we've broken down

the business growth and eight stages. And so in the last show we covered the first

four and now we get to do the other four on this one. So this one is, you say adult with gray hair,

I like to use the word mature adult.
