You know, it just seems that, you know, we find these commonalities, you know, with the top producers, both that you and I work with.

Yes.

And frankly, throughout the country, you know, it's, it's, it's funny. Like,

you'd think that of all the top producers, it'd be like 50 different reasons, but it's way less,

it's way less than 50 reasons. It's way less. And, and also, you know, I believe this in the

core of my being, Carl, but I don't think success is luck. I don't at all.

I think it's engineered and I think it can be predetermined if you do proper things.

with more loan officers one on one i would say likely i i can't think of anybody else that talks to more people. I mean,

there's broadcasters like myself and, you know, Dave and Barry. I have over a thousand

conversations per year one-on-one with different loan office. Over a thousand different loan

officers. That's got to be close to a record if not a

record so out of the one-on-one conversations let's let's talk about uh some of the just a very small

handful of what seems to what like what are these people have in common yeah it's a great question
