So I'm in the studio today with Donald Miller, an author of Story Brand, our building

and story brand and a good friend for many years.

Yeah, one of my green room friends.

We only see each other at events unfortunately.

I wish we lived closer.

And today we just had an incredible day with our staff.

We have about 600 staff including four and part time.

And several months ago we actually bought every, I know you hate this.

We bought everybody in the organization building the story brand.

We gave them your book and required them to read it and then had every single one of our

teams work through the story brand process and which was fabulous.

Then we had Donald come in and spend a session with us and he and I talked and I interviewed

him and it was absolutely incredible.

It was fun to be around people who have nerded out as much as I have on.

Yeah, I was just like, yeah.

Well I would assume in many cases you go into an organization trying to sell them on

this process and in this case you came in on the back end.

We were bought in, had worked through it and then to glean sort of the extra content

from you having worked through the book.

It was a win for everyone.

Yeah, that was an absolute blast.
