Yeah, you say, okay, what can we work on? What can we improve? I loved it was healthy. So I love,

you know, I prefer eating what I view as healthy. I think the scallops were perfectly cooked.

The potatoes, super flavorful, you know, roasted perfectly, had that little crispy crunch and

that rosemary and you know, bouncing out with some stir fried veggies. I thought it was a

perfectly balanced meal and delicious. Yeah, full, full, you know, full points. To give you guys

the background story, we've been going to Janet's restaurants for years and one of them is,

but a lot of money is. Yeah, definitely. One of them was nervous saying,

your Quill in Toronto is still is there. The other one is Gusto, which is so interesting. Like,

Gusto is probably our favorite. Yeah, the kale salad is legendary. If you guys are ever in Toronto,

this is world class. And I think one of the reasons we're so excited to have you on it,

as one of our first restaurants on the podcast is that we go to a lot of restaurants and

what we really appreciate is not, you know, we've been to all sorts of stars, one, two, three,
