I think the world's joy or their version of joy is circumstantial. It's based on circumstances, it's

based if you get the job, if you get the boyfriend, if you get the outfit, if you get the label or the title.

With Christ, it is surrender. It's something that you say God this is solely because of you like and one of the fruit of the spirit is peace and joy. And so as you abide in Christ as you seek Christ, these are things that are a byproduct by

spending time with him. It has everything to do with him and nothing to do with us.

so impactful so let's just jump right into it can you just to get us started

share a little bit of your story. What led you to write your

new book becoming happy and healthy? I think this is something we all desire, but there's a lot

of definitions of what that can look like. So we're going to cover that a little bit, but

just tell us a little bit of your story and what led you to writing this book.
